About Tribe NIL
Tribe NIL is the nation’s first Jewish focused NIL initiative, empowering NCAA student-athletes through financial support, brand-building and leadership development rooted in Jewish values. Our mission is to support a generation of proud and visible Jewish leaders in sports and beyond.
Founded in 2025 by Eitan Levine and Jeremy Moses, two storytellers with deep roots in sports and Jewish identity, Tribe NIL exists to elevate athlete voices and create lasting impact through the power of NIL.
Why We Exist
Jewish athletes are often underrepresented in sports yet carry the weight of representing an entire community, especially as antisemitism rises on college campuses. At the same time, most NIL deals go to a small percentage of athletes, leaving many without access to support or visibility.
Tribe NIL changes that. We celebrate Jewish pride, amplify athlete stories, and turn collective passion into direct impact. Through mentorship, community, and brand partnerships, we’re building a future where Jewish athletes can thrive on and off the field.
WHAT IS NIL?
NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness, and it allows college athletes to earn money by doing things like signing autographs, appearing in commercials, or promoting products - getting paid for who they are, not just how they play.
For a long time, schools and the NCAA made millions off these athletes, while the athletes couldn’t earn a dime or else they would lose their eligibility to play collegiate sports. That changed in July 2021, when new rules went into effect allowing college athletes to profit from their own name, just like anyone else could.
Now, they can support themselves, help their families, and build their futures while still in school. It’s about fairness and finally giving them the opportunities they’ve earned.
